About Fintegia
Moses Ademola
A note from Moses
A few years ago, I watched a business get rejected for a loan they deserved.
They wanted to buy a printing machine — a straightforward expansion. The revenue was there. The demand was there. If I were the one making the decision, I would have funded them. But their books didn't tell that story. The records were messy, incomplete, and impossible to read quickly. So the answer was no.
That rejection stayed with me.
Working as a credit analyst, I saw something most SME owners never get to see: lenders are scared too. When you walk in asking for funding, the default assumption — especially in Nigeria — is that you're looking for free money with no intention of paying it back. That fear shapes everything. A credit analyst has minutes, not hours, to scan your application. Your loan amount is one of dozens on their desk that day. If your books are hard to read, they move on. It's not personal. It's just the reality of how funding decisions get made.
The businesses that get funded are not always the best businesses. They're the ones that tell their story clearly on paper.
I knew this because I had seen it from both sides. And the more I sat with it, the more it reminded me of someone closer to home.
I grew up watching my mother build businesses. She had everything it takes — the instinct, the resilience, the work ethic. What she didn't have was financial literacy and access to the right funding. She started multiple businesses, each one teaching her something, until she eventually answered a different calling. I often think about what her trajectory could have looked like with the right support. A business that scaled. Then another. Then maybe the church she always wanted to build — funded by businesses that worked.
That's why I built Fintegia. And that's why our AI assistant is named Shade — after her.
Fintegia exists for every business owner who is viable but invisible on paper. We help you get your finances lender-ready, connect you to the right opportunities, and stand beside you until the funding comes through. We don't earn anything until you do.
If you've ever been told no when you knew the answer should have been yes — this was built for you.

Company Overview
Fintegia Advisors Limited is a Lagos-based financial advisory company helping Nigerian small and medium businesses get their finances in order and access the funding they need to grow.
We sit at the intersection of two things every Nigerian SME owner struggles with: knowing where their money actually goes, and getting a lender to take them seriously. Most business owners are excellent at running their business and terrible at the paperwork banks demand — not because they're careless, but because nobody ever showed them how, and few have the time to learn while keeping a business alive.
We built Fintegia to close that gap. Through Fint, our record-keeping app, business owners can track every sale and expense from their phone, building a financial history as they go. Through our advisory service, we turn that history — or whatever records a business already has, however rough — into the kind of financial documentation lenders actually accept. And through our funding facilitation, we connect businesses to the right lenders, grant providers, and investors for their specific situation, managing the process from application to disbursement.
Fintegia Advisors Limited is registered in Nigeria under the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAC: 7944480), with our office in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.

Vision
A Nigeria where no viable business is denied funding simply because its owner didn't know how to ask for it properly.
Mission
To give every Nigerian SME the financial clarity and documentation they need to access funding on fair terms — starting with a notebook, ending with a credit profile a bank can trust.
Partnership Opportunities
We work with banks, microfinance institutions, development finance organisations, and grant providers who want a reliable pipeline of funding-ready SMEs. If your organisation provides capital to Nigerian businesses and you're interested in partnering with Fintegia, we'd like to hear from you.
We also welcome partnerships with organisations supporting SME capacity-building — accelerators, business associations, and trade groups looking to give their members a practical tool for financial record-keeping and funding access.
