Fintegia Advisors Limited

1. About Us
Fint for SMEs ("Fint") is a product of Fintegia Advisors Limited, a company registered in Nigeria under the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAC Registration Number: 7944480), with its principal office at Plot 105, Ganiyu Bola Hussain, Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, Nigeria.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Fint platform, including the web application, all features, and any related services provided by Fintegia Advisors Limited ("Fintegia", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using Fint, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. What Fint Does
Fint is a financial management tool for small and medium-sized businesses. It allows you to:
- Record and organise your business transactions
- View analytics and summaries of your financial activity
- Build a business financial profile
- Browse funding opportunities including loans, grants, equity, and blended finance products
- Submit funding applications facilitated by the Fintegia team
Fint does not provide banking services, accept deposits, make lending decisions, or issue regulated financial products. All funding decisions are made solely by the relevant licensed financial institutions or funding providers.
3. Eligibility
To use Fint, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be registered or operating a business in Nigeria
- Provide accurate and truthful information during registration and throughout your use of the platform
- Have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of your business
4. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at growth@fintegiaadvisors.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we have reason to believe that your account has been compromised, that you have provided false information, or that your use of Fint violates these Terms.
5. Subscription Plans and Payments
Fint offers the following subscription tiers:
- Starter — ₦0/month
- Basic — ₦5,000/month or ₦50,000/year
- Premium — ₦15,000/month or ₦150,000/year
- Enterprise — Custom pricing, agreed separately
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. You may cancel your subscription at any time and your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partially used billing periods unless required by applicable law.
Enterprise pricing and 3-way financial statement engagements are quoted separately and governed by a separate written agreement.
6. Funding Facilitation Services
Where you submit a funding application through Fintegia, the following applies:
- Fintegia acts solely as a facilitator and introducer. We do not guarantee approval of any funding application.
- Our professional services fee is charged only upon successful disbursement of funds to your account. You pay nothing upfront for facilitation.
- The professional services fee is between 2% and 3% of the disbursed amount, subject to a minimum fee communicated to you before the process begins.
- All final funding decisions, interest rates, repayment terms, and conditions are set exclusively by the funding provider.
- Fintegia bears no liability for the terms, conduct, or decisions of any third-party funding provider.
7. Your Data and Financial Records
You retain ownership of all financial data and records you enter into Fint. By using Fint, you grant Fintegia a limited licence to process, store, and use your data solely for the purpose of providing the platform's services to you.
We will only share your data with third parties — including lenders and funding providers — with your explicit knowledge and consent, and only as necessary to facilitate a funding application you have initiated. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
8. Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for ensuring that all information entered into Fint is accurate, complete, and up to date. Fintegia is not responsible for errors, omissions, or outcomes resulting from inaccurate information provided by you.
Financial reports, management accounts, and Fint Scores generated by Fint are based solely on the data you have entered. They are indicative only and do not constitute audited financial statements unless explicitly certified by a Chartered Accountant as part of a separate paid engagement.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, design, software, and materials on the Fint platform are the property of Fintegia Advisors Limited and are protected under applicable Nigerian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our prior written consent.
10. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Use Fint for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Nigerian law or regulation
- Enter false, misleading, or fraudulent financial information
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or another user's account
- Use the platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, Fintegia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Fint, including but not limited to loss of business, loss of revenue, or loss of data.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
12. Disclaimers
Fint is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, without errors, or without viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time with reasonable notice where possible.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will notify you via email or an in-app notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of Fint after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to good faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
